Lúcia and Américo, both dentists, found inspiration in Américo’s hometown, Vale Flor, to bring a long-held dream to life: to produce wines that reflected the soul of Beira Interior. Thus was born the Souvall brand, a tribute to the land that welcomed them and to the passion that unites them.
Álvaro Ferraz's dream gave rise to a tradition that grew with the land. Today, with a modern winery located at Travessa de ValeVerde-Vale Flor- 6430-371 Mêdaand 20 hectares of vineyards, the family keeps the legacy alive, producing wines, olive oil, and almonds, always with respect for tradition and the future.
