Tasting Notes - PRINCE OSCAR, Red, 2021

  • The nose reveals aromas of strawberries and lightly cooked plums. Long on the palate, with a supple attack of red fruit, lots of sweetness and deliciousness. Spicy finish.
  • This wine is 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, from a clay-limestone terroir with an average age of 40 years, near Saint-Emilion, from the selection of our Château Clos de Boüard wine.
  • De-alcoholisation is carried out cold under vacuum, in a single pass through a membrane to preserve the fruit’s brilliance.
