There are moments when you wish everyone could share the same emotion around the table. A lunch with friends where some don't drink alcohol, an evening when you want to savor without consequence.

From this desire for universal sharing, AFFRANCHI 0.0 was born. A new territory of expression for our Castillon terroir. We took on an incredible challenge: capturing the very essence of MAUPERIER in an alcohol-free experience. Vacuum dealcoholization, no added flavors, to preserve the full intensity of the fruit. Rather than imitate, we chose to reinvent.

AFFRANCHI 0.0 is not defined by what it lacks, but by what it brings: total freedom without compromising on taste.

Advice

Serving: AFFRANCHI 0.0 should be enjoyed like our other wines: in a stemmed glass, at the ideal temperature (14-16°C). It is the perfect accompaniment to convivial moments and pairs well with a wide variety of dishes, from the simplest to the most elaborate.

Tasting: This wine dazzles with a deep, brilliant garnet red hue edged with ruby highlights. The nose is expressive and vibrant, unveiling layers of ripe red fruits (strawberry and cherry) intertwined with luscious black fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant. On the palate, it opens with a charming, inviting attack, delivering both density and freshness. A finely polished tannic structure supports the wine, offering elegance and harmony. The finish is long and persistent, echoing aromatic notes of vanilla-laced red berries. Vinous and indulgent, this wine is unapologetically generous—a gourmet expression crafted without compromise.
