About Emily Seguy

Emily Seguy is the only wine and tea sommelier in France, a rare dual expertise in gastronomy.

A graduate of the THAC (Tea and Herbal Association of Canada) and trained in wine sommelier studies, she has worked as a server in exceptional establishments in Auvergne, Corsica, Paris, and is now based in the Toulouse region. It was in these demanding environments that she developed her sensory sensitivity and her conviction: tea deserves the same care, the same vocabulary, and the same precision in service as the finest wines.

Today, Emily dedicates her work to sharing this culture. She leads tea tasting workshops in Toulouse for private clients in an intimate, premium setting, and works throughout France with teams from companies, restaurants, and hotels seeking to make tea a cornerstone of their offerings.

Terroirs, aromas, brewing rituals, food and tea pairings: her training programs equip teams with the tools to describe each cup with accuracy and elegance.
