Booking process

• Book your experience at least 2 weeks in advance (no payment at this point)
• Our team will review your request and send our final proposal including transportation and accommodation costs
• After your confirmation, we'll prepare your event
• Final invoice will be sent after the event

• Transportation and accommodation costs will be calculated based on your venue's location 
• Payment terms: All payments are 30 days after the date of the event
