Collection: Dealcoholised Wine

Dealcoholised wine is a drink made from wine from which the alcohol has been removed.

In other words, dealcoholised wine has the following properties:

  • Dealcoholized wine starts out as a fully fermented wine, just like traditional wine, before having its alcohol removed.
  • Dealcoholisation methods e.g. vacuum distillation, inverse osmosis or spinning cone column occur after the fermentation is completed.
  • There is no added ingredients such as water or aromas.
  • ABV (Alcohol By Volume) is below 0.5%.

As a reminder, wine is the product obtained exclusively through the total or partial alcoholic fermentation of fresh grapes, whether crushed or not, or of grape must.
